Was Tupelo Really the Birthplace Of Elvis Presley?

Tupelo, Mississippi is the largest city in Lee County. It is one of the largest cities in the state. This northeastern city is believed to have a population of 36,223, and a total metropolitan population of 133,318. It is in between Memphis, Tennessee and Birmingham, Alabama. It was founded in the year 1870.
